Job Description

At WExecutive, we are searching for a talented Manufacturing Excellence Lead to drive operational excellence within our manufacturing plant. As a key member of the Manufacturing Excellence Regional team, you will be responsible for leading and executing continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

The selected candidate will work closely with the Plant Manager and the site leadership team to implement lean manufacturing practices, promote technological innovations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement across production lines.

Responsibilities include:
  • Collaboration with the Plant Manager to understand operational challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and align Manufacturing Excellence pillar activities with business goals.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making to monitor production performance, identify trends, and regularly report key performance indicators (KPIs) to the plant leadership team and corporate organization.
  • Continuous Improvement Leadership to develop and execute methodologies to enhance operational efficiency, eliminate waste, and optimize production processes.
  • Training and Development to lead and support the training and certification of employees at all levels on manufacturing techniques, best practices, and problem-solving methods.
  • Project Management to oversee and lead projects related to manufacturing excellence, ensuring timely execution within budget.

Qualifications & Experience Required

To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of implementing manufacturing excellence initiatives.
  • Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
