As a Principal Solutions Consultant, you will be at the forefront of this transformation, helping clients leverage our Customer Decision Hub to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
With a strong background in presales and a passion for AI and machine learning, you will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop innovative solutions that drive digital transformation. Your expertise in B2C MarTech solutions, such as Pega, Adobe, and Salesforce, will be invaluable in helping clients navigate the complex landscape of customer engagement.
As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will be responsible for providing thought leadership, evangelism, and strategic guidance on the implementation of our solutions. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be essential in driving business outcomes.
