Job Summary

The Night Auditor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the hotel's front office during the night shift. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct guest arrivals and departures, ensuring a seamless and efficient check-in and check-out process.
  • Provide personalized and proactive guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Manage the hotel's reservations system, maximizing bookings and revenue streams.
  • Reconcile daily finances and report statistical and financial information to management.
  • Assist with general administration duties in the front office department and other departments as required.
  • Work unsupervised and exercise initiative to ensure the hotel's front office operations run smoothly.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of hotel experience, preferably in a front office operations role.
  • Demonstrated experience in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
