We are seeking a talented Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level support to our Chief Operating Officer (COO). This is a part-time opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our company.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating the COO's schedule, ensuring seamless communication between departments, and managing document control for company and project-related documentation requirements.

  1. Data entry and record-keeping to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
  2. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. 3+ years of experience in a similar C-Level executive support role.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and digital platforms.
