- Distribute work orders and assignments, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
- Report any equipment damage or safety concerns to management, taking proactive steps to prevent accidents.
- Complete work assignments and work orders to the highest standard, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Cover housekeeping staff absences, providing seamless support and ensuring continuity of service.
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the smooth operation of the facilities team.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma and a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in a similar role.
- Valid state-issued driver's license required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require walking, twisting, bending, pushing, and kneeling.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform other physically demanding tasks.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of work procedures and equipment.
- Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.
