Global Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Leader

At Page Personnel, we are seeking a Global Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead our global recruitment strategy.
Key Responsibilities:- Global Recruitment Strategy: Design and implement scalable, effective global talent acquisition strategies to attract world-class talent across regions and functions.
- Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing recruitment team. Guide them to success while managing the end-to-end recruitment process for all key hires.
- Employer Branding: Strengthen the employer brand on a global scale, ensuring it is recognized as an employer of choice in every market.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership and department heads to understand business needs and deliver tailored talent solutions.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment process, ensuring the company is building teams that reflect the values and the communities the company serves.
- Metrics & Reporting: Develop KPIs and track the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies. Use data to optimize recruiting processes and achieve continuous improvement.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure an exceptional candidate experience from start to finish, reflecting the company values and culture.
- Market Intelligence: Be up-to-date with global hiring trends, talent market shifts, and innovative recruiting practices to be ahead in a competitive landscape.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience: Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment leadership role, preferably in a global capacity.
- Strong understanding: Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, processes, and technology.
