Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to join our team at Rosewood Rome. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our human resources function and developing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to support business objectives
  • Lead recruitment efforts to attract top talent and ensure compliance with Italian labour laws
  • Manage employee relations, training, and development programs
  • Oversee and manage the HR budget
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • Minimum five years' experience as a Talent and Culture Manager or Director at a luxury or ultra-luxury property
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluent in Italian and English
  • Natural leader with a hands-on approach and open door policy

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of approximately €80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
