Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Windows Developer Lead to join our Research and Development (R&D) department at Praim Srl. This is a mid-to-senior level position, responsible for leading the Windows team in the development and enhancement of our Windows-based products.

Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your expertise in software development on Windows environments to lead cross-functional teams and drive product innovation.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality Windows-compatible software solutions, including agents/clients and customized OEM images.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless integration with VDI and Cloud applications.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in software development on Windows environments, with a strong focus on configuration and customization.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or closely related field.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and team-building skills.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

  • Familiarity with C++, Python, Node.js, PowerShell, Bash, and other scripting languages.
  • Experience with desktop virtualization: Microsoft RDP, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop, VMware Horizon.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Windows operating systems architecture and experience in Windows configuration and customization.

Salary Range:

€60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Location:

Trento, Italy, with flexibility for remote work.
