Job Title: QHSE Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled QHSE Manager to join our team at Cargotec Oyj. As a QHSE Manager, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and maintaining product and process quality functions at our factory in accordance with customer expectations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Safety: Lead the manufacturing department, ensure all lost time incidents are reported and investigated, conduct risk assessments, and manage safety incidents.
  • Quality: Lead customer regulatory audits, manage the IMS/QPR Management System, and coordinate internal audits.
  • Delivery: Coordinate the Business Continuity Process, participate in NPI Design gate reviews, and ensure timely execution of Goods Inwards Inspections.
  • Productivity: Own the total cost of poor quality, lead the Quality Team in Kaizen events, and adapt and develop best practice with regard to Factory 4.0 quality processes.
  • People: Lead the quality organization, develop project management and statistical approach, and promote a quality culture and understanding in the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering or Quality
  • ISO Auditor Qualification
  • 5-7 years of experience in quality management and development
  • Strong background in quality functions and process thinking
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal
