Job Title: System Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled System Engineer to join our team at Alpitronic. As a System Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring charger performance, identifying and resolving technical issues, and working with development teams to resolve complex issues quickly and effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor charger performance using collected field data to proactively identify and resolve issues, particularly during product launch phases.
  • Apply systematic troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve technical issues with the chargers in customer applications.
  • Work with all development teams to resolve complex issues quickly and effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Provide guidance to data analysts and scientists on the strategic direction of their activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree in electrical/electronic engineering, mechatronics, physics or similar.
  • Experience with complex systems and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiarity with software development.
  • Previous experience in power electronics or EV charging infrastructures is an advantage.
  • Self-reliant and meticulous work style with an analytical mindset.
  • Attention to detail, teamwork and good communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, Italian and/or German are a plus.
