About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Lead and Loss Elimination Specialist to join our Manufacturing Department in Bologna. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our team.

Job Description

The Process Lead will be responsible for executing and leading processes to eliminate losses by effective problem-solving and process control. This includes ensuring compliance with PMI and legal standards, policies, and guidelines related to Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability. The successful candidate will also oversee the process of Centerline (CL) deployment and ensure its effectiveness in maximizing product quality. Additionally, they will create and establish CL targets and limits, review and validate new CL standards, develop control strategies, and participate in Daily Direction Setting (DDS) activities.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading problem-solving activities using standard tools such as Q Flag, IPS, 6W2H & UPS, PDM
  • Coaching operators on standard problem-solving tools to solve problems related to materials and processes
  • Reviewing and analyzing Line Performance data and DMS in-process/output measures to contribute to team Action plans
  • Ensuring data integrity and creating and maintaining data records
  • Driving CL DMS and loss elimination by applying standard tools
  • Leading vertical start-up processes for initiatives or projects deployed in the line(s)
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have an engineering degree (chemistry, mechanical, management, similar), intermediate IT skills, and English skills at an intermediate level.
