We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Quality Technician to join our team in Bologna.

As part of our Operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely support to manufacturing teams during production, ensuring all relevant standards are respected along the manufacturing process.

This includes managing intermediate and finished product non-conformities, conducting corrective and preventive actions, and consistently applying OPEN+ systems and tools.

You will also ensure compliance with PMI and legal standards related to Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability, as well as act and promote an interdependent and clear safety culture.

In addition, you will share knowledge and expertise with stakeholders on new processes, requirements, methods, or policies, train the floor on Quality practices and procedures, and provide first-level support for DIM troubleshooting and relevant trials.

The ideal candidate will have 6 months of experience in production, quality, or relevant fields, and possess fluency in Italian and basic English skills.

You will work closely with the Team Leader Manufacturing QA and contribute to the decision-making process to quarantine non-conforming material/products and liaise with interested parties to reveal the root cause and take relevant preventive/corrective actions.

We offer a competitive salary range of €55,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and inclusive company culture.
