Freelance UX Researcher

As a UX researcher, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating all phases of various UX research studies, including planning, moderation, analysis, and synthesis of findings. You will employ a diverse set of UX research tools and methodologies to gain insights that drive product and business decisions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting qualitative and quantitative research studies with customers using a variety of techniques
• Assisting clients in finding the best ways to achieve their goals
• Contributing to our growing UX research repository

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in UX Research or service design
• Proficiency in conducting usability testing, interviews, and behavioral analysis
• Demonstrable experience in presenting research findings to stakeholders at all levels
• Native French speaker with proficiency in English, both spoken and written
