Job Title: RF Systems Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled RF Systems Engineer to join our team at Manpower Group. As a key member of our Teleport and Ground Infrastructures Engineering department, you will be responsible for supporting the design, procurement, installation, integration, and testing of RF systems and antennas in our Ground Station facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preliminary design based on high-level requirements, including technical, management, and financial proposals
  • Detailed design, including system architecture, specifications, and procurement of subsystems and services
  • Technical management of procurement processes, including factory and on-site testing
  • Integration of subsystems, development, and execution of system, end-to-end, and onsite tests
  • Development of relevant documentation, including design documents, test plans, and procedures
  • Project management, including budgeted cost and schedule control
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in antenna/ground stations equipment and subsystem design
  • Second-level Master's degree in Electronic/Telecommunication Engineering
  • Strong knowledge of system engineering methodologies, antennas, RF propagation, RF and microwave systems, modems, and baseband processing
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Strong attitude to teamwork, capability to prepare reports, and knowledge of satellite missions, satellite control techniques, monitoring and control protocols, antenna measurements, and ECSS standards
