Process Engineer

We are seeking a Process Engineer to join our team in Limena (PD). The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in new product industrialization, analyzing and proposing improvements to existing processes, and supporting production center managers and OOE coordinators in developing and monitoring continuous improvement projects.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in mechanical engineering or a similar field, fluency in Italian and English, and strong planning and organization skills. They will also have a continuous improvement approach and be able to communicate effectively with the team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in new product industrialization to equip production processes with the necessary tools for quality, efficiency, and costs.
  • Analyze and propose improvements to existing processes within Lean Production and Industry 4.0 programs.
  • Support production center managers and OOE coordinators in developing and monitoring continuous improvement projects.
  • Participate in quality circles and contribute to definitive solutions for non-quality issues.
  • Support Service Engineers and center managers in maintenance management and the introduction of TPM.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Italian and English.
  • Degree in mechanical engineering or a similar field.
  • Planning and organization skills.
  • Communication skills.
  • Continuous improvement approach.
