ICT Operations Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Operations Engineer to join our team at BaxEnergy. As a key member of our ICT Department, you will be responsible for the daily support and operation maintenance activities of our Physical – Virtual Servers and Network infrastructures and Services Management.
The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of proven experience in ICT technical support, with a strong background in Microsoft Windows OS, Windows Active Directory domains administration, and Hyper-V/ESXi hypervisor configuration and management.
Responsibilities:
- Administration of Windows/Linux systems, services, and management tools
- Administration and maintenance of network devices (switches, access points)
- Switches and routers configuration (experience with Cisco devices appreciated)
- Advanced Firewalls configuration (experience with Fortigate devices appreciated)
Additional requirements include:
- Proven knowledge of ICT and Information Security Principles standards and tools
- Microsoft, VMWare, Cisco certifications
- Microsoft Office 365 administration
- Servers and Network infrastructure monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, ...)
