About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Consumer Goods Business Unit as a Shopper Marketing Intern. This role is based in our Legnano office and will provide an opportunity to work closely with our Category Managers to assist with operational tasks and contribute to the development of shopper marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the development and execution of shopper marketing campaigns, including designing and implementing programs to enhance product conversion.
  2. Conduct market research and analyze consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  3. Support the creation of in-store promotional materials, displays, and digital marketing content to drive brand visibility and engagement.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, brand, and retail teams, to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment on marketing strategies.
  5. Monitor and report on campaign performance, gathering data and insights to inform future initiatives and optimize results.
  6. Participate in brainstorming sessions for new marketing ideas and promotional activities to drive business growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  1. Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  2. Strong interest in shopper marketing, retail, or consumer goods, with a passion for understanding consumer behavior and preferences.
  3. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  4. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and analytical mindset, with the ability to work with data and insights to inform marketing strategies.
