As a Trade Marketing Specialist at Suntory, you will leverage your FMCG experience to drive business growth. Your analytical mindset and positive attitude make you an ideal candidate for this role. You will partner with Key Account Managers and Brand Managers to support business reviews and achieve strategic objectives.

YOUR ROLE

In this role, you will ensure brand activation in the Point of Sale (PoS) of various channels, working under the functional leadership of the Marketing Manager and in coordination with the Sales Team. You will also support the Marketing Manager in other brand marketing initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to the creation of the brand activation plan per channel.
  • Support the Management in gaining buy-in from Partners via ad hoc presentations, cases, and activities.
  • Own the creation or adaptation of TMKTG assets by leading external providers.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in other brand marketing activities.
  • Support the Sales Team in deploying TMKTG initiatives via Partners or autonomously.
  • Support the Partners Team in Sell-in and Sell-out activities by providing expertise and know-how.
  • Perform Gemba activities to distil key shopper insights and do's and don'ts.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Knowledge of FMCG food route to market On and Off trade in Italy.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity in using and interpreting main consumer and shopper database.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and with autonomy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Italian mother tongue + strong command of English language.
  • Solid presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (PPT, Excel).
