Job Overview

IRCA Group is a leading international B2B provider of semi-finished ingredients for the bakery, pastry, and gelato markets. We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to oversee the entire IT project portfolio and coordinate various resources, teams, and stakeholders both internal and external.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed project plans to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties to execute projects flawlessly.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Manage resource availability and allocation to meet project needs.
  • Establish effective project communication plans and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • +10 years of experience in IT project management in a multinational context.
  • Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory.
  • Ability to leverage Project Management Software and Microsoft Cloud Solutions.
Certification
  • PMP or Project Management Certification is a plus.
