Responsabilità Principali- Sviluppo delle Vendite: Guidare le vendite dirette delle nostre soluzioni sanitarie innovative, identificando e contattando medici, cliniche e ospedali.
- Costruzione di Relazioni: Stabilire e mantenere relazioni solide con clienti chiave, fornendo supporto e informazioni dettagliate sui nostri prodotti.
- Analisi: Essere ossessionato dai numeri e analizzare le performance di vendita.
- Costruzione del Team: Reclutare, formare e gestire un team di vendita di alto livello, fornendo mentoring e supporto per raggiungere e superare gli obiettivi di vendita.
- Pianificazione Strategica: Sviluppare piani di vendita a lungo termine in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali.
- Collaborazione Interfunzionale: Lavorare a stretto contatto con i dipartimenti di Marketing, Product & Tech per garantire che le strategie di vendita siano allineate con gli obiettivi aziendali.
- Minimo 5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di Sales Manager o simile, preferibilmente nel settore sanitario, tecnologico o in ambito di servizi innovativi.
- Comprovata esperienza nelle modalità di vendita e nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita dei prodotti.
- Capacità di costruire, guidare e motivare un team di vendita.
- Familiarità con le dinamiche del mercato sanitario e la vendita di soluzioni tecnologiche.
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione, in grado di presentare e negoziare a tutti i livelli dell'organizzazione.
- Capacità di analizzare i dati di vendita e di mercato per guidare le decisioni strategiche.
- Forti interessi per l'innovazione sanitaria e la trasformazione digitale.
- Passione nel promuovere e contribuire al benessere comune.
