Country Product Manager

EF Education First is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Country Product Manager to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing sales and marketing strategies to expand our market presence.

Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to achieve sales targets and grow the market
  • Lead a team of sales staff, including recruitment, training, and performance reviews
  • Own direct sales in the country and ensure sales targets are met on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies
Requirements
  • Minimum a Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's degree
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or consulting
  • Proven leadership experience and skills, with a track record of successfully leading a team of at least 10 people
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills, both oral and written
  • Experience in sales (B2C or B2B) and a strong interest in coaching other sales professionals
  • Working or studying abroad experience is valued
