About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Country Product Manager to join our team at EF Education First in Milan. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing sales strategies to meet our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets
  • Lead a team of sales staff, providing training, coaching, and performance reviews to ensure high levels of performance
  • Own and develop sales plans, including lead generation strategies and CRM drive
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, or consulting
  • Proven leadership experience and skills, with a track record of successfully leading a team of at least 10 people
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience in sales (B2C or B2B) and a strong interest in coaching and developing sales staff
  • Working or studying abroad experience is highly valued
