About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to join our team as Deputy Country Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 10 sales professionals and will report directly to the Sales Managing Director.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership, with a proven track record of success in a multinational environment. They will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing budgets, and setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for fostering a team culture that prioritizes collaboration and results over individual achievements. They will be expected to participate in board meetings and contribute to the growth and development of the company.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of the Italian industrial market, with direct contacts with OEMs, end-users, purchasing directors, and technical directors. The ideal candidate will have a genuine people-oriented approach, strong analytical skills, and a performance-driven mindset.

The new manager will be expected to gain the trust of the sales team and peers, empower existing talents, and attract new ones. They will also be required to be open to international relocation if requested.
