Job Summary

LivaNova PLC is seeking a highly skilled Sustainability Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Sustainability team, you will play a critical role in driving our Sustainability strategy and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Head of Sustainability in executing the Sustainability strategy, providing data gathering and analysis support, and leading project management efforts.
  • Maintain a central framework for Sustainability requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and driving corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement process and data frameworks to support auditable and scalable information.
  • Collaborate with the ESG Task Force to foster business unit growth planning and transformational change management.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in a critical thinking discipline or ESG-related field.
  • Organizational and global project delivery experience, with a strong background in Lean or 6sigma methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Microsoft skills, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and ability to travel regionally and internationally.
