**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly analytical and organized individual to support the commercial leadership team in developing processes and strategic commercial projects. As a Senior Commercial Operations Manager, you will be responsible for improving efficiency and ways of working across the organization.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Process Improvement**: Identify process bottlenecks and areas for improvement within commercial operations, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • **Ad-hoc Analysis**: Support the Restaurant team with ad-hoc analyses and efficient reporting structure for commercial and marketing activities.
  • **Tools and Commercial Features**: Be the point of contact for implementing new commercial features/tools, collaborating with HQ and company partners. Oversee the go-to-market strategy and provide detailed analysis on new tools and feature commercial adoption.
  • **Special Projects**: Participate in projects to support process optimization and strategic initiative implementation.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in an analytical environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Analytical, structured, and data-driven, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Problem-solving lover, with a track record of generating and executing on innovative ideas and solutions.
