Job Overview:
The purpose of this role is to support the treasury activities of Dentsu Aegis Network Ltd., ensuring smooth and timely delivery. As an accountant within the finance department, you will be responsible for performing daily operations with banks and collaborating with the team to achieve this goal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis, generate payment proposals, and execute automatic and manual payments.
- Book payments and manage exchange rates effectively.
- Daily check of the cash position to ensure accuracy.
- Handle credit card and petty cash transactions.
- Vendor reconciliation and general accounting journal entries.
Requirements:
- Accounting High School Diploma or Economic Degree.
- Knowledge of financial instruments and cash management principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and systems.
- Familiarity with ABC Tool is an advantage.
- Excellent Excel skills, particularly with pivot functions and tables.
- Able to work efficiently under tight deadlines and with high precision.
- Fluent in English language.
- 3-4 years of experience in a similar role in international companies.
Location: Milan, Italy
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: €50,000 - €60,000 per year, depending on experience.
