Job Title: IT Incident Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Incident Manager to join our team at Page Personnel. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the incident management process and team members involved in resolving incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage every aspect of the incident, from assessment to resolution, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Lead recurring meetings to keep relevant parties updated on the status of incidents.
  • Respond to reported incidents, identify causes, and initiate the incident management process accordingly.
  • Communicate with top management on major issues and develop incident processes and procedures.
  • Document incident details, causes, and resolution actions.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in incident management and service management.
  • Knowledge of IT service management software (e.g., ITIL).
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and coordination skills.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and proficiency in documenting incidents.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in computer science.
  • Good knowledge of the English language.
