About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Director to lead our Retail business in Italy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Italian retail market
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering results
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
