Logistics Process Engineer and Inventory Stock Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Process Engineer and Inventory Stock Control professional to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing the inventory control function at our logistics warehouse, ensuring stock integrity and accuracy, and driving productivity through effective storage strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure stock accuracy and integrity are maintained to corporate demands
- Monitor and control gross/net stock adjustments
- Report results from stocktake/cycle counts to the management team
- Liaise with LO central FI control to ensure EU reporting aligns with local reporting
- Drive continuous improvement of inventory processes, working with the management team and departments
- Monitor logistics processes to ensure compliance and implement corrective measures as needed
- Review slotting effectiveness daily
- Develop, optimize, maintain, and review warehouse setup, recommending changes as required
- Work with the management team to identify and understand inbound and outbound demands for productivity and customer requirements
- Identify and implement changes to drive productivity and quality
- Ensure SAP system records and functionality align with corporate demands
- Coordinate and test projects, communicate with the LO team
- Foster a positive, proactive team culture through regular and effective communications with the workforce
- Motivate and lead the team to achieve high standards of performance, coaching and mentoring individuals, and identifying development needs and succession planning
- Ensure the team is briefed on relevant company communications and daily departmental needs to promote team effort and understanding of business needs
- Embed company values into team members through reinforcement of behavior
- Ensure the team works to company health and safety standards and follows agreed processes
