About the Position

In this role, you will be part of the Supply Chain team within the Finance & Business Operations department at Roche Diagnostics S.p.A. As an Instruments Supply Chain Trainee, you will work closely with your tutor and colleagues to achieve quality and quantity goals. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain equipment master data in the SAP system, ensuring a solid and accurate representation of Roche instrumentation installed at client sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the ISC team in managing and cleansing Equipment & Installed Base data, ensuring data quality in SAP aligns with the actual situation at client sites.
  • Collaborate with Field Force and Warehouse colleagues, as well as other key process actors, on end-to-end returns of instruments, whether due to contract expiration or equipment malfunction.

Requirements

  • Engineering degree or related field.
  • Fluent Italian and English language skills, written and verbal.
  • Excellent knowledge of main computer tools, particularly Excel, with a minimum knowledge of SAP being a preferred requirement.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with excellent communication and relational abilities.
  • Sharp analytical, problem-solving, and lean approach skills, with proactive attitude and deadline management abilities.
