About the Role: As a Part-Time Client Advisor at our Roma Piazza di Spagna Store, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing personalized service, and driving sales growth. This role requires a passion for style, strong communication skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act with the client's best interests in mind, possessing in-depth knowledge of their desires, needs, and expectations.
  • Welcome and assist each client, providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity, utilizing this knowledge to create a unique and engaging experience for clients.
  • Maintain a high standard of visual display and shop floor, adhering to Company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to ensuring a secure environment, preventing product thefts, and promoting a culture of innovation and creativity.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a managerial role within a modern retail environment, preferably in the luxury sector.
  • Confidence in managing large teams and driving sales targets.
  • Excellent understanding of the luxury sector and product sensitivity, combined with strong communication skills and a commercial mindset.
  • Digital awareness and openness to new ways of working.
  • Ability to interact effectively with foreign clients and demonstrate a passion for the Diesel Brand, product, and heritage.
