Main Responsibilities:

Effectively Identifying and Matching Solutions:

  • Identify and match the right solution and buying channel for each advertising client.

Ad Sales and Lead Generation:

  • Craft lead generation and outreach strategies.
  • Perform ad sales, including responding to and negotiating RFPs, creating media plans, and overcoming objections.

Client Communication and Evangelism:

  • Evangelize the platform and explain how its audience can help their business.
  • Be the first point of contact and explain to prospects how advertising solutions fit into a broad marketing mix and influence budget allocation.

Requirements:

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian.
  • Availability to work in rotating shifts.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and team spirit.
  • Experience in Sales (online).
  • High School Diploma.
  • EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card.

  • Flexible working hours: 40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.
  • Stable work and career progression to become, for example, a Trainer, Team Leader, Manager.
