Your day-to-day responsibilities:

As an Inbound Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for closing sales, upselling, and cross-selling products over the phone while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Italian
• Good computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong team spirit
• Experience in online sales
• High School Diploma
• EU passport/ID or a Portuguese resident card
