**Key Responsibilities:**

* Guarantee precise and timely order processing from quote confirmation to billing
* Deliver a premium customer experience, managing customer touchpoints
* Frictionless delivery planning and management through the logistic portal
* Free stock optimization and managing of Purchase Orders to HQ
* Accurate management of order portfolio (backlog), avoiding expired backlog and proactively liaising with Sales
* Constantly update IT systems with all relevant information collected during customer service activities
* Proper management of Technogym Care Activities, providing adequate feedback to customers' inquiries
* Manage a post-delivery survey to assess customers' satisfaction, proactively acting to solve any issue with the customer

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Foreign Languages, Economics, International Relations, or similar fields
* 2-5 years' experience in Customer Service or Logistics areas
* Fluent in English (minimum level C1 CEFR), fluency in another language besides Italian is considered a plus
* Customer Caring and Customer Orientation
* Knowledge of SAP – advance SD module use (preferred)
* Service business expertise
