Job Description

As a key member of the Takeda team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's Labour Relations and Employee Experience strategy in Italy. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving exceptional employee experiences, fostering positive labour relations, and ensuring compliance with EU regulations and local labour laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with in-country HR teams to develop and implement Labour Relations strategies that align with Takeda's global goals.
  • Provide expert guidance on Labour Relations and Employee Experience to HR Business Leaders and managers, ensuring a consistent and fair approach across the organisation.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Labour Relations framework, including policies, procedures, and training programs, to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the Multi-Country Labour Relations Strategy Lead to ensure strategic coordination and alignment with global Labour Relations initiatives.
  • Investigate complex Labour Relations cases, providing recommendations for resolution and ensuring compliance with company policies and local laws.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Labour or Employment Law, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Labour Relations and Employee Experience, preferably in a multinational organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of EU employment regulations and local labour laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Fluency in Italian and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, managers, and external partners.
