The EMEA Marketing Communications Specialist is responsible for the design and execution of marketing initiatives tailored to specific segments or product lines within the EMEA region.

In this role, you will effectively manage, design, and implement the marketing campaign strategy for EMEA, ensuring impactful customer experiences are delivered to target audiences. Collaborating with marketing program managers, you will determine the optimal marketing tactics for a successful outreach strategy, along with essential metrics to evaluate, assess, and enhance campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops comprehensive multi-channel campaigns to meet program objectives as defined by the Marketing Program Manager, documenting planning, timelines, and outcomes for each campaign.
  • Responsible for selecting the appropriate mix of tactics, identifying target customer groups, and establishing the communications strategy. Assists the Marketing Program Manager in creating the program brief, business case, and multi-phase program calendar.
  • Collaborates closely with global marketing teams to incorporate regional EMEA requirements into the design of global campaigns.
  • Works in partnership with the EMEA Marketing Program Manager to adapt global campaigns for effective execution in the EMEA region.
  • Engages with Agilent Marketing partners for the deployment of ePushes, social media content, and third-party media campaigns. Manages the design and production of new campaign assets and materials in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies as needed.
  • Ensures adherence to Agilent's brand and messaging standards, maintaining brand compliance when collaborating with third parties.
  • Partners with business stakeholders on both digital and in-person marketing events, capable of managing key international strategic events.
  • For assigned campaigns, oversees the data flow from campaign setup in CRM to segmentation, data capture, and data entry briefing.
  • Analyzes campaign outcomes and optimizes the mix of tactics to enhance return on marketing investment, producing periodic reports to review campaign and channel performance.
  • Manages the allocation and tracking of EMEA campaign budgets in close coordination with the Marketing Program Manager.
  • Reports directly to the EMEA Marketing Communications Manager.

Location: This position offers flexibility to be based anywhere within the EMEA region, either remotely or near one of our offices.

Qualifications:

  • Several years of experience in a marketing communications role.
  • Demonstrated cross-disciplinary marketing communications skills with a strong focus on digital marketing and demand generation, including social media, email marketing, advertising, and customer events.
  • Proven project management capabilities, working effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience in a multi-country and multi-channel environment across Europe.
  • Background in a technological B2B setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
