We are seeking a skilled Propulsion Systems Design Engineer to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our Spacecraft Propulsion group, you will contribute to the definition and improvement of propulsion system designs for spacecraft.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and develop propulsion subsystems composed of chemical thrusters.
  • Manage technical coordination between multiple suppliers.
  • Regularly report to the Head of Propulsion and Lead System Engineer.
  • Define propulsion subsystem requirements.
  • Support analyses for the propulsion subsystem.
  • Support satellite propulsion AIV activities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A deep understanding of green chemical propulsion systems and related disciplines.
  • Experience with fluidic and pressurized systems, including pressure vessels and propulsion equipment.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills, with experience using EcosimPro/RPA.
  • Knowledge of thermodynamics and programming languages (Python, C, Matlab, etc.).
Salary: €60,000 - €80,000 per year

This salary estimate is based on industry standards and location factors.
