The Program V&V Manager will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products by developing and maintaining validation plans and procedures, performing validation activities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Specifies and designs validation environments and tools.
- Establishes validation procedures and criteria.
- Ensures requirements traceability according to product Requirements Management Plan.
- Puts validation work products under configuration management according to product Configuration Management Plan.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Engineering (Electric, Electronic, Computer science or equivalent).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles in safety critical or mission critical environment.
- Very good knowledge in English language.
- Leadership, team-working, coordination skills.
