About us: Fullstack Talents is a dynamic technical recruitment company focusing on recruiting EU talent for our EMEA clients. We are seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team due to our growing number of client projects.
About you: The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technical recruiting process and be able to identify and attract top talent from within the EU - focused on information technology in various industries. They will have at least 5 years of experience in IT recruitment in an international environment.
About the job: This is a 100% remote, work-from-home, contract position. The primary responsibility of the Senior Technical Recruiter will be to source, screen, and interview candidates for technical positions.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the technical skills and qualifications required for these positions and will be able to identify and attract the best candidates. They will also develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers and HR professionals.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and trust with key stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficiency in an ATS (Applicant Tracking System). English language at a professional level. An additional EU language is a plus.
