Il Project Manager - Migrazione Cloud sarà responsabile della pianificazione, gestione e implementazione di progetti complessi di migrazione verso il cloud. Il candidato ideale avrà una comprovata esperienza nella gestione di progetti IT e una profonda conoscenza delle tecnologie cloud, oltre a capacità organizzative e di coordinamento di team multidisciplinari.

L'obiettivo principale sarà garantire che il processo di migrazione avvenga in modo fluido, puntuale e senza interruzioni per il business.

Competenze richieste
  • Pianificare e gestire progetti di migrazione cloud (da on-premise a cloud o tra provider cloud) seguendo le migliori pratiche.
  • Definire obiettivi, roadmap, tempistiche e budget per i progetti di migrazione cloud.
  • Collaborare con stakeholder interni (team IT, security, operations) ed esterni (fornitori, consulenti) per garantire l'allineamento tra le esigenze di business e i requisiti tecnici.
  • Valutare le infrastrutture IT esistenti e definire le migliori strategie di migrazione in base a costi, prestazioni, sicurezza e scalabilità.
  • Gestire i rischi e le criticità durante la migrazione, garantendo un impatto minimo sul funzionamento aziendale.
  • Monitorare l'avanzamento del progetto e comunicare regolarmente lo stato di avanzamento ai stakeholder.
  • Assicurarsi che i progetti rispettino le politiche di sicurezza e conformità, in particolare quelle legate alla gestione dei dati nel cloud.
  • Coordinare le fasi di test, validazione e implementazione del progetto.
  • Identificare opportunità di miglioramento continuo e ottimizzazione dei processi cloud una volta completata la migrazione.
  • Assicurare il trasferimento di conoscenze al team IT interno per la gestione e la manutenzione delle nuove infrastrutture cloud.
Requisiti
  • Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica, o affini.
  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in gestione di progetti IT, con almeno 2 anni di esperienza specifica in progetti di migrazione verso il cloud.
  • Conoscenza approfondita di soluzioni cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, ecc.).
  • Esperienza nell'implementazione di infrastrutture cloud, servizi PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, e modelli di migrazione (lift-and-shift, refactoring, ecc.).
  • Competenze nella gestione del ciclo di vita del progetto, dall'inizio alla chiusura, inclusa la definizione di obiettivi, gestione dei rischi e controllo qualità.
  • Certificazioni in ambito cloud (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Administrator, Google Cloud Professional) o gestione progetti (PMP, PRINCE2) saranno considerate un plus.
  • Forti competenze analitiche e capacità di risolvere problemi complessi in contesti dinamici.
  • Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e di relazione con stakeholder tecnici e non tecnici.
  • Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese sia scritto che parlato.
