We are looking for a Content Creation Specialist to complement our team and work closely with brand teams, understanding business and customer experience goals.

This role is ideal for a driven individual who is looking for their first step in a digitally focused creative or marketing role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble emails using email authoring tools such as Knak and proprietary client tools.
  • Program simple HTML banners.
  • Manage content for digital platforms, ensuring alignment and coherence across brands.
  • Work with local brand and cross-functional teams in the end-to-end process of creation of emails and occasional newsletters.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and stakeholders.
  • Participate in meetings to help identify potential projects for the brand.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive understanding and application of all relevant policies, procedures, and operational frameworks.

Requirements:

  • An understanding of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, for minor artwork amends.
  • Experience creating emails within Knak or similar tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in design or marketing, or equivalent years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • HTML/CMS/JS knowledge.
  • Familiarity with project management systems such as Jira.
  • Detail-oriented mind, well-organized, and able to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Good oral and written communication skills, with a collaborative approach.
  • Candidate must reside in Italy, ideally in Milan, with occasional visits to the client's office.
  • Italian native language with business-level written and verbal English.
