Key Responsibilities:

As a Reliability Validation Engineer at Battery Design, you will be responsible for developing and deploying our reliability validation process on new propulsion systems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating and developing efficient validation tests tailored to specific mechanisms of failure for cutting-edge automotive technology.
  • Supporting commodity engineering teams to develop substantiated validation test programs and ensuring reliability growth is being monitored and reported.
  • Utilizing Failure Mode Avoidance (FMA) tools, Design Verification test development, and ensuring reliability growth is being monitored and reported.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in product development.
  • Experience of component/system design and validation.
  • Understanding of quality tools and in particular failure mode avoidance methods and principles.
