Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Communication Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and organizing digital content and social media channels for BFF Banking Group.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a Content Strategy: Create a comprehensive content strategy for social media and digital channels to support BFF's brand and values.
  • Content Creation: Develop and deliver intelligent, well-researched, audience-focused social media content (e.g. text, images, video, infographics and headlines), ensuring all content is accurate, up-to-date and effectively leveraged on all platforms.
  • Content Adaptation: Create, adapt and tailor messaging and content to engage a variety of audiences.
  • Measurement and Evaluation: Develop a robust measurement framework to assess effectiveness and impact against investment (e.g. campaigns and channel performance).

Requirements

  • Education and Experience: Degree or equivalent relevant experience in digital, communications, journalism, public relations or related field. Min. 5 years' experience in Digital Communication roles.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Solid communications and digital skill set with proven experience within agencies and corporates. Proficiency in writing and developing across all major digital channels, with a strong eye for impactful design. Significant experience working with content management and scheduling systems, social listening tools and Google Analytics.
  • Language Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills. Italian as mother tongue and English proficiency, oral and written, Level C1 – C2 or Native.
