Key Responsibilities- Develop Global Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective global marketing communication strategies and plans for new product launches, considering regional needs and strategies.
- Launch Planning and Execution: Partner with regional marketing teams to develop launch plans, KPIs, and manage global and regional launches, ensuring successful execution and timely delivery.
- Content Creation and Management: Collaborate with in-house and external creative partners to create product content, translate technical details into benefits, and build compelling product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market.
- Message Development and Communication: Craft compelling messages across marketing channels, including landing pages and ad campaigns, in collaboration with the insights team, regional marketing teams, external communications partners, and internal copywriting resources.
- Sales Support and Enablement: Support the communication of the vision and value of new products to the sales team, develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process, and track and evaluate launch success.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager or similar role, with a track record of developing product marketing strategies to grow market share and increase end-user demand.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated ability to collaborate and manage stakeholders in various departments and at various levels, with empathy and strong communication skills.
- Analytical Thinking and Strategic Planning: Strong analytical thinking skills to draw qualitative and quantitative outcomes, and demonstrated ability to effectively create and manage strategic plans and tactical actions.
- International Experience: International experience is preferred, with the ability to work in a global environment and adapt to different cultural and business contexts.
