Transform the Market - Battery Solutions Innovator

We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager to lead our Battery Solutions portfolio into the future. As the Product Manager for Battery Solutions, you will drive our global battery strategy, ensuring that our solutions meet and exceed the evolving needs of customers across all product groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global battery strategy, aligning with market demands and corporate sustainability goals.
  • Analyze market research and customer insights to identify pain points, collaborating with the Global Product Management team to translate these into innovative solutions.
  • Rationalize and enhance a world-class battery solutions portfolio, leading the lifecycle management from concept to market launch and phase-out.
  • Provide product expertise and training to Sales and Marketing teams, aiding in the preparation of technical documentation and marketing materials.
  • Engage in key development projects across different product groups, ensuring battery technologies are effectively integrated and aligned with overall product strategies.

About the Team:

You will be based at one of our EMEA development centers or our Global Headquarter in Copenhagen. You will report to the Head of Product Portfolio Management, Mads Uhre Dümer. The Global Product Management team consists of 40 colleagues around the world, working closely together across teams and functions in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in product management, ideally with experience in the battery technology field.
  • An in-depth understanding of market dynamics, including customer needs and the competitive landscape within the battery solutions sector.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to lead projects with various stakeholders.
  • A solid engineering background, with the ability to effectively identify and innovate battery solutions.
