Job Title: BIM Specialist

Smartargets SRL, a leading provider of innovative services in the Digital Construction field, is seeking a highly skilled BIM Specialist to join our team in Genoa. As a BIM Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our company's mission to deliver high-quality services utilizing BIM methodology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate BIM activities and ensure seamless integration with other departments
  • Develop and maintain accurate building information models (BIM) for architectural, engineering, and construction projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement MEP systems and submittals
  • Utilize relevant BIM software and tools to enhance project efficiency and accuracy
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in BIM coordination, architecture, and building information modeling
