About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Support Specialist to join our team at the Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia. In this role, you will provide critical support in the management and coordination of various work orders, as well as assist in planning and scheduling tasks.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide support in the management and coordination of various work orders, including ordinary and extraordinary maintenance.
  • Assist in planning and scheduling tasks, ensuring timely completion and budget optimization.
  • Manage interferences and provide resolution support to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Support in drafting technical tender specifications and bills of quantities.
  • Verify the consistency of projects, prepare technical administrative documents, and manage authorization processes.
  • Check documentation prepared by professionals, supporting project validation processes.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring budget adherence and optimization.

Requirements

  • Degree or diploma with a technical focus.
  • Knowledge of management of building practices, Procurement Code Legislative Decree 36/23, and TU 81/08.
  • Excellent knowledge of graphic project drafting applications, bills of quantities, and MS Project.
  • Experience in the field, with a focus on research centers.
  • Good knowledge of English and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Accuracy and ability to analyze and search for information.

Additional Skills

  • Knowledge and practice of BIM, experience in support activities for the Sole Project Manager, and project management of works and maintenance contracts.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulations and legislation in force in the field of public procurement.
