Job Title: Procurement Manager Italy

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the bidding, negotiation, and contracting of company assets through a mixed structure that combines global and country-specific approaches.
  • Support the identification of needs, opportunities, and best practices in operations centers and hotels within your geographical area.
  • Collaborate with the Procurement Partner to achieve savings, quality, and service targets for operations centers and hotels.
  • Ensure compliance with budgets and savings targets, and take corrective measures to address any deviations.
  • Apply the purchasing policy to generate income through supplier grouping and volume optimization.
  • Participate in agreements to manage necessary budgets for investment requests from operations centers and hotels.
  • Manage quotation requests and comparisons.
  • Load necessary information into the system to enable purchases from hotels in your area.
  • Collect and upload supplier documentation, ensuring transparency in case of audits.
  • Resolve incidents related to supplier quality or service.
  • Support hotels in formalizing orders, payments, or product receptions, as well as resolving any incidents.
  • Report and provide feedback to Hotel Services on hotel needs and opportunities in your area.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Economics or equivalent.
  • Excellent analysis skills.
  • Very good knowledge of English and Italian.
