Coating Industrialization Engineer

We're looking for a talented Coating Industrialization Engineer to join our team at Luxottica's Barberini Plant in Pescara.
As a key member of our Industrialization team, you'll be responsible for developing and validating processes for new products or declinations of existing ones.
Your mission will be to drive the delivery of new products and processes to manufacturing on time, while building a solid and stable process flow that meets our internal qualitative standards.
You'll lead process improvements where machines and process modifications are required, and oversee processes, problem-solving, and improvement projects to support the Manufacturing Engineering team and manufacturing departments.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our company's success and growth. If you're passionate about innovation, problem-solving, and collaboration, we'd love to hear from you.
Key requirements:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- You have expertise in thin film coating processes or other chemical processes.
- You have strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to present information to all levels of the organization.
- You are fluent in Italian and English, and available to move abroad if needed.
