The Istituto Italiano di Tecnologia is seeking a highly skilled HR Specialist to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a Master or Bachelor Degree in Economics disciplines, Law, Political Sciences, Foreign Languages or similar and at least 3 years of experience in middle and large sites HR departments or labor consultancy firms.

As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the IIT Staff in Personnel Administration tasks, managing work-related administrative procedures for EU and non-EU employees and collaborators, and extracting data and managing reports needed to complete HR tasks.

Key requirements include accuracy and good analytical skills, very good knowledge of the English language, and a cooperative approach with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills with a spirit of innovation and creativity, high motivation to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively in a highly interdisciplinary and multicultural environment.
